Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package to our returns processing center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the box.
Inspection and Refund
